Our bodies are naturally designed to protect us from physical and mental harm. Consider it the most advanced computer of human kind. But like any well-oiled machine, our body needs regular maintenance and to be treated with care.
We have become accustomed to a lifestyle that is effortless. We want everything and we want it without working too hard. We eat fast-food because we can’t be bothered to wait for a properly cooked meal. We undergo surgery to lose weight because we choose to have fabricated results now rather than real results in a couple of months.
Our society makes us believe in instantaneous results and gratification, everything can be done conveniently and quickly, but it’s our bodies who suffer. Our bodies are losing their innate intuition because instead of injecting them with health, we’re draining them of their strength.
The philosophy at iPower Training focuses on empowerment, practicality and rediscovering a body’s instinctive strength.
Empowerment Through Education

We also make sure they understand how everything in their body and in their life is connected and in many ways, interchangeable. Unhealthy choices in life will affect a body’s strength and an unhealthy body will diminish a person’s ability to enjoy life.
The overall goal for our clients doesn’t stop with fitness. We strive to teach them how important a healthy, active lifestyle is to their overall well-being. We remind them that a strong body is essential to their physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health.
Keep in mind the old adages: You are what you eat and you reap what you sow. If you eat junk, you will feel like junk. If you put no effort into your health, your health will reap you with maladies rather than benefits.
